Shipping Policy

Items will be shipped ASAP (see refund policy for if an item cannot be shipped) Holiday delays may occur and lost packages with the Post Office are out of my control. Delays with the Post Office are also out of my control. The consumer will be notified if I need to ship later than anticipated/agreed upon.

Refund Policy

If for ANY reason I cannot ship an item, a full refund will be sent to the consumer. If an item is unsatisfactory from lack of description from the consumer, I am NOT liable and the consumer will NOT receive a refund. If there was an error on my part, a FULL refund with be sent to the consumer in question. 

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellations can only be accepted AT LEAST 24 hours before agreed upon shipping date. Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted for any reason.
