Free shipping within the U.S
All International orders; all shipping costs are up to the buyer unless otherwise specified. (i.e sale,discount, promotion or negotiation made between you and myself)
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied or unhappy with a purchase: Firstly, I would address your concerns and try to resolve the issue. My top priorities are Quality, customer satisfaction, and providing you a (kinky) genuine experience.
If we cannot come to an agreement to resolve an issue then I will issue a refund for 90% of the total amount. And 10% goes to replace the item since I cannot re-wear or resell the item once it has been shipped.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
CANCELATIONS BEFORE SHIPPING- You can cancel an order up until 24 hours before you shipment date. (Ex. Shipment date 4/07/25 you can cancel anytime Until 4/06/25) Any cancellations the day of will not be accepted.
RETURNS:
UNLESS it is for a special requests I do not accept return on any items. I cannot re-wear or resell the item once it has been shipped.
IF YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM: Keep the wrong items as a bonus apology and the correct item will be shipped to you at no additional cost to you.
